Enjoy Our Classes

No matter your level of fitness, there’s a Pilates class for you. We want to make exercise fun and informative, so you can grow from strength to strength. We currently offer Live and Zoom classes during these strange times. Class sizes on both are kept small to ensure all students get the attention they require. We also offer the flexibility of swapping between classes (on Zoom) when your diary gets too hectic. 

Our full range of instruction includes 1-2-1s, Workplace Classes, Small Private Classes and Pre- and Post-Natal Classes.

Timetable

Beginner Classes

Everyone who is new to Pilates attends our 1-2-1sessions for Beginners this enables us to tailor the course to your needs and your timings . The course consists of 2 45 minute sessions to get you ready to join our classes. The cost is £60.

Improver Classes

Once you have got the basics and are ready, we introduce you to our Improver classes that will give you the opportunity to apply the skills you have learnt and start to strengthen, flex and control your body. Once you feel comfortable here, we will challenge you to the next level; alternatively you may like the calming and restorative nature of these classes and choose to stay here - the choice is yours… 

Improver Plus Classes

On your way to becoming a super Pilates practitioner, we’ll move you on a few notches to introduce you to a few more of the moves and generally watch you transform.

Pre- and Post-Natal

Pilates offers a gentle discipline that prepares women for the demands of giving birth, from improving muscle strength and flexibility to minimising back pain. Specialised instruction will ensure your Pilates programme is safe, targeted and effective during your pregnancy and into the post-natal stage.

On-site Corporate Workshops / Classes

Looking to invigorate your workforce? Want to create some added benefits working for your company? We can create a class to suit your needs and we’re happy to discuss options. We're used to holding classes in canteens, meeting rooms and the occasional broom cupboard!

Private 1-2-1s, or 1-2-2s

Private 1-2-1s can really enhance your Pilates practice. You may choose to do them weekly, monthly or just as a one-off.
